Consultation and contact requests

When you send a consultation request, the website stores your answers in an access-controlled database used by Wolfy's Roofing to review and respond to home-project requests. A successful submission displays a request number. Any preferred date remains a request until the team confirms it; submitting does not create an appointment, estimate, contract, or emergency dispatch.

When the shorter homeowner contact form is available, it may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, ZIP or postal code, general project type, and permission to follow up by the channels you authorize. It uses the same access-controlled owner workflow and does not reserve an appointment or make consent a condition of purchase.

The booking form uses temporary browser session storage to retain an unfinished draft and, after submission, restore your overview for up to 30 minutes if you refresh or return in the same tab. The restored overview does not include photo-upload credentials. Starting another request clears that overview; closing the tab normally ends the session. These answers are not placed in a public confirmation URL.

Information and contact choices

A request may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, project location, project type, timing, and details you choose to share. A complete street address is used only when needed to evaluate the project or arrange an appropriate site visit. We use this information for your project, follow-up, scheduling, and necessary business records—not unrelated third-party marketing.

Message and data rates may apply to texts, and frequency varies. You can opt out by replying STOP, using an unsubscribe link when one is provided, or asking us to stop texting, emailing, or calling. We process those requests promptly and within applicable legal deadlines.

Optional roof photos

After a request is saved, you may upload up to five ground-level roof photos through a private link that expires after seven days. The website removes common EXIF, GPS, comment, and text metadata before storing the image pixels, then records the cleaned file name, type, and size. Photos remain in private object storage within the access-controlled owner workflow. Do not upload people, documents, license plates, or unrelated details.

Service providers, storage, and retention

Website hosting, database, email-delivery, and private object-storage providers process information so requests can be received, protected, delivered, and retained. Wolfy's Roofing keeps consultation information only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, dispute prevention, and legal obligations. You may request correction or deletion, subject to records the company must retain.

Website operation and aggregate measurement

Hosting and security services may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, and security logs to deliver and protect the site.

The website may also count page views, a small fixed set of interactions, and broad daily Core Web Vitals ratings. Stored aggregate records include only page path, mobile-or-desktop class, fixed event or metric name, rating, and count—not analytics cookies, visitor IDs, IP addresses, referrers, query strings, form answers, or customer profiles. Technical information may be used transiently to prevent abuse but is not written to that measurement table. Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals disable this measurement in the browser and at the endpoint.

Google Ads measurement

A Google tag measures visits from ads and advertising performance. Google may receive the page URL and title, browser or device information, IP address, and cookies or similar identifiers. This is separate from the aggregate measurement above. We do not configure the tag to send consultation or sign-up answers as custom advertising events.

Synchrony financing link

Pages that display Synchrony financing load official creatives from synchrony.com. Synchrony may receive basic technical information such as your IP address and browser or device type when that image loads. The image request does not send the Wolfy's Roofing page address as a referrer. If you follow the link, Synchrony's website and privacy practices apply.

Your choices and contact

You can contact Wolfy's Roofing without using a website form by emailing admin@wolfysroofing.com. You may also ask what information is associated with your request number, request a correction, request deletion subject to recordkeeping obligations, or send questions about this notice to the same address.
