What should I share about a roof leak?

Which roof leaks can you investigate?
We investigate shingle, metal and flat-roof leaks, including concerns around pipe boots, flashing, penetrations and roof transitions. Photos provide context, but water can travel before it becomes visible indoors; the source and repair scope need review.
Will the result always be a repair?
