A photo can provide context, but water can travel before it becomes visible indoors. The roof, flashing, penetrations, transitions, ventilation, and interior symptoms may need to be considered together.

Will the result always be a repair?

No outcome should be promised before the conditions are evaluated. The next step may be a focused repair scope or a broader replacement conversation, depending on the roof and the findings.

Is the website monitored for roofing emergencies?
